As we sell software, accounts, and other digital resources, we do not accept ‘Returns’ once a product has been delivered or accessed. However, you may be eligible to apply for a Refund under specific, defined circumstances.

Since you are purchasing digital goods that cannot be physically returned or resold, our products are not eligible for any ‘Return’ policy. All sales of delivered digital products are final, except in cases where a valid refund is explicitly granted under the conditions below.

A. Full Refund – Eligible:

  • Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver the purchased digital product within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24–48 hours) after your order has been successfully processed and confirmed.
  • Major Defect (DOA – Dead on Arrival): If the product is delivered in a state that is completely unusable and broken upon delivery, and we fail to provide a working replacement or resolve the issue within a reasonable period (typically 48 hours).
    • Example: If you purchase a PVA account and it is immediately unusable or fails to log in upon delivery, and we cannot provide a suitable replacement.
  • Non-Supply of Product: If your payment is confirmed but the order status remains ‘pending’ and the product is not supplied within the specified delivery window.

B. Partial Refund – Eligible:

  • Partial Malfunction: If you purchase a bulk order (e.g., 10 accounts) and only a portion of the units (e.g., 2-3 accounts) are defective or do not work, and we are unable to provide replacements for the defective units. In this case, a partial refund may be granted only for the value of the non-working units.

C. Not Eligible for Refund:

A refund will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the purchase.
  • User Error: If the product fails to work due to improper use, failure to follow our guidelines, or misuse by the user.
  • Third-Party Changes: If the functionality of the product is affected by a policy or algorithm change by a third-party platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, a software vendor) after the product has been delivered. Such changes are outside of our control.
  • Product Accessed: Once you have downloaded, accessed, or used the product, unless a major defect (as defined above) is present.
  • Expired Warranty: If a defect is reported after the specific warranty or guarantee period (if provided) has expired.

3. 📝 Refund Application Process

To apply for a refund, you must follow these steps:

  1. Time Limit: You must contact us within 48 hours of product delivery. Applications submitted after this period will not be considered.
  2. Contact: Send a detailed email to our support team at buypvashop@gmail.com including your Order Number, the reason for the refund, and clear evidence of the defect (screenshots or video are highly recommended).
  3. Review: Our support team will review your application and the provided evidence. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • The money will generally be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
